The 3-day window

If you buy ExamPede Premium and change your mind, tell us within 3 days of payment and we will refund it in full. After 3 days, purchases are final.

Always fixed, regardless of the window

• Double charges and wrong amounts — genuine billing mistakes are corrected whenever they are reported.
• Payments that never activated Premium on your account.

How to request

Send your request through the address on the Contact page with the email you registered with and your proof of payment. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within 7 banking days.

The fine print, kept short

• Premium plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period — there is no automatic renewal to cancel.
• No partial-period refunds after the 3-day window (for example, quitting halfway through a quarter).
• Nothing in this policy reduces rights granted by Philippine consumer-protection law.
